Shipping Policy
Shulhanon tables are handmade and each item is manufactured individually.

The preparation time needed to make an item that is not in stock is 14 days.
If the item is in stock,
The item will ship within 3-4 business days of receiving the order.

Shipping is by registered mail, or pick-up point, at the customer's choice.
Delivery time about seven working days.
If 14 days have passed from receiving  the product, there will be no refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must not be used.



Refunds

After receiving and testing the product, I will send you a message to notify you that I have received the returned item. 
I will notify you of the refund confirmation or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time for your refund to be officially published.

Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before posting a refund.

Sales Items (if applicable)

Items can only be returned at a regular price, no promotional items or discounted items can be returned.



Exchange (if applicable)

Replace items only if they are defective. If it needs to be replaced with the same item, email eti_li@hotmail.com

Or coordinate a phone call with me to return the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping costs of returning the item.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are not home when the messenger arrives, you will have to coordinate another date with the apostle's call.

If you have provided an incorrect address, I will resend the item after returning to me, in exchange for a reimbursed shipping fee.

If you did not collect the package and it comes back to me, I will resend the package for payment
